Finding GEMS – Program Overview

Finding GEMS (Growth, Empowerment, Mentorship, Success) is a structured youth development program grounded in Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) principles, designed to equip young people with the emotional, social, and practical life skills needed to thrive.

Through a multi-phase approach, participants build self-awareness, strengthen communication and coping skills, develop leadership abilities, and prepare for future career and life opportunities. The program combines guided discussions, hands-on activities, and real-world application to support personal growth and long-term success.

Finding GEMS creates a safe and supportive environment where youth are empowered to grow in confidence, make positive decisions, and become leaders within their communities.
