Johnny holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and works professionally in the substance-abuse field as an IOP counselor and transportation specialist. His lived experience fuels his passion for meeting individuals exactly where they are and helping them recognize that their current circumstances are not their final destination.

Stephanie holds an Associate of Science in Medical Coding and Billing and is completing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Children and Families as she pursues her goal of becoming a counselor.
Her leadership is deeply rooted in lived experience. As a former at-risk youth who navigated the foster care and group home system, Stephanie understands firsthand what young people need, what they struggle with, and what it takes to overcome. Today, she uses her journey as both a testimony and a roadmap, empowering youth to rise above adversity, find their voice, and thrive.
