Johnny Davis serves as the President and Co-Founder of Yahweh’s Hands and Feet Inc., providing strong organizational leadership and hands-on support across all program areas. He co-facilitates the Finding GEMS workshops, where his calm presence, relatable delivery style, and real-world insight help youth—especially young men—feel seen, understood, and motivated to grow.

Johnny holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and works professionally in the substance-abuse field as an IOP counselor and transportation specialist. His lived experience fuels his passion for meeting individuals exactly where they are and helping them recognize that their current circumstances are not their final destination. 

Johnny empowers youth and adults alike to rewrite their story, build resilience, and step confidently into a productive and successful future—because he is a living testimony of what overcoming looks like.

Stephanie Jones-Davis is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of YHAF, where she leads organizational strategy, oversees daily operations, and actively facilitates the Finding GEMS youth workshops. A hands-on leader, she excels in both program delivery and community engagement.

She is a certified Mental Health and Life Coach, fluent in Spanish and English, with more than ten years of experience in the medical field. Stephanie holds an Associate of Science in Medical Coding and Billing and is completing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Children and Families as she pursues her goal of becoming a counselor.

Her leadership is deeply rooted in lived experience. As a former at-risk youth who navigated the foster care and group home system, Stephanie understands firsthand what young people need, what they struggle with, and what it takes to overcome. Today, she uses her journey as both a testimony and a roadmap, empowering youth to rise above adversity, find their voice, and thrive.

As the CFO and Owner of  M. Wilson Accounting & Bookkeeping Services, LLC, Miriam brings more than 35 years of distinguished experience in the field of accountancy, with expertise spanning financial management, compliance, internal controls, auditing, and organizational fiscal health. As a Licensed Public Accountant with both CICA and ABA credentials, she is known for her precision, integrity, and strategic financial leadership.

As Treasurer of Yahweh’s Hands and Feet Inc., Miriam safeguards the financial sustainability of the organization. She provides oversight of budgeting, reporting, compliance, donor stewardship, and financial policy—ensuring that every dollar is maximized to advance the mission and deepen community impact.

Grounded in decades of industry leadership and a commitment to community service, Miriam anchors the board with financial wisdom, ethical stewardship, and a passion for empowering organizations to thrive.

Shenequah is a dedicated Social Worker and Care Coordinator with 10 years of experience in the Human Services field. She brings strong administrative leadership, compassion, and organizational insight to 

As Board Secretary, Shenequah anchors Yahweh’s Hands and Feet Inc. with a steady administrative foundation—managing governance responsibilities, supporting organizational compliance, and upholding clear communication practices across the board.

 Her commitment to compassionate service and ethical leadership reflects the heart of the mission: showing up for individuals and families with dignity, excellence, and purpose.

Shenequah passion for advocacy, paired with her strategic approach to care coordination, makes her an invaluable member of the team and a champion for vulnerable communities.

Latisha Battle is an experienced Workforce Consultant specializing in resource navigation and career development. She excels at helping youth and adults overcome barriers, build confidence, and access sustainable employment opportunities. Her strategic, solutions-focused approach strengthens YHAF’s workforce initiatives and community support systems.

Latisha’s greatest strength is her ability to connect people to the resources that move their goals forward. Whether guiding youth through career exploration, supporting adults with strategic planning, or helping startups establish foundational structure, 

she ensures every solution is practical, results-driven, and aligned with real-world outcomes. Her collaborative approach has earned her strong partnerships with employers, community agencies, and families, reinforcing Delaware’s growing workforce pipeline.

Kikelomo Ofori is a Registered Nurse (RN) and Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with 15 years of experience in mental health, OB, Hospice, and home care. A minister and community advocate, she brings a warm, faith-driven approach to outreach and partnership building. Her work helps connect families to meaningful support and fosters strong community relationships.

Kike also serves as a Minister at the Congregation Rock of Salvation in Paterson, NJ, bringing a faith-driven perspective into every space she steps into. Her service with Yahweh’s Hands and Feet Inc. amplifies her heart for outreach and her passion for ensuring families receive support, care, and hope.

Caleb Vicks is a skilled creative professional with over a decade of experience in graphic design, visual strategy, and brand communication. His expertise spans creative direction, digital media, and mission-centered storytelling—ensuring every message, visual, and campaign aligns with the heart of Yahweh’s Hands and Feet Inc.

As Director of Communication, Caleb leads the organization’s branding, content design, and digital engagement. He specializes in developing clear, compelling visuals that enhance organizational credibility, deepen community connection, and strengthen donor and partner engagement. His strategic approach transforms complex ideas into accessible, impactful visual narratives.

With a strong foundation in brand development and digital communication, 

Sherita Simmons of Baltimore, Maryland, is a passionate mental health advocate and seasoned youth-development professional with more than 21 years of experience serving at-risk youth within the Maryland Department of Juvenile Services.

Sherita’s academic achievements reflect her drive for excellence and lifelong learning. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Service Counseling from Regent University, a Master of Philosophy from Walden University, a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, and an Associate Degree in Applied Science from Wor-Wic Community College. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Psychology at Walden University, further strengthening her impact in mental health, youth advocacy, and community leadership.

As the Community Liaison for Yahweh’s Hands and Feet Inc., Sherita cultivates partnerships, bridges community resources, and amplifies support networks for youth and families. Her leadership is grounded in compassion, cultural understanding, and an unwavering commitment to seeing communities thrive.
