1.Donation Acceptance:

a. We accept donations of gently used clothing, shoes, and coats that are clean, in good condition, and suitable for immediate use.

b. All items must be free from stains, tears, excessive wear, and any unpleasant odors.

c. We accept donations for all genders and age groups, including infants, children, teenagers, and adults.

2. Accepted Items:

a. Clothing: We accept a wide range of clothing items such as shirts, blouses, pants, skirts, dresses, shorts, jeans, sweaters, jackets, and suits.

b. Shoes: We accept all types of footwear, including sneakers, sandals, boots, dress shoes, and athletic shoes.

c. Coats: We accept coats, jackets, and outerwear suitable for various weather conditions.

3. Unaccepted Items:

a. We cannot accept items that are torn, heavily stained, or in need of repair.

b. Used undergarments, socks or swimwear, these items if used will not be accepted for hygiene reasons.

c. Accessories such as belts, hats, scarves, and gloves are accepted only if they are in good condition.

4. Donation Drop-off:

a. We are currently picking up donations locally.

b. Please ensure that your items are securely packed or placed in bags or boxes that are labeled "For Donation."

c. If you have a large donation, please contact us in advance to make necessary arrangements.

5. Distribution and Use of Donations:

a. Donated items will be distributed to individuals and families in need, either directly or through partner organizations.

b. We reserve the right to allocate donations based on specific needs and demands within the community.
