About Yahweh's Hands and Feet Inc.
Mission
Yahweh’s Hands and Feet Inc. empowers at-risk youth (11- 18 yrs) through our Finding GEMS program — a trauma-informed, life-changing initiative built on Growth, Empowerment, Mentorship, and Success. We provide a safe, supportive environment where youth develop essential life skills, resilience, and the confidence to overcome adversity.
Through hands-on workshops, coaching, and community engagement, participants learn to:
- Make sound, values-based decisions.
- Communicate effectively and resolve conflicts peacefully.
- Manage stress and build emotional intelligence.
- Prepare for career pathways through readiness training.
We also serve disadvantaged individuals and families in our community with food, clothing, and essential resources — bridging the gap between immediate needs and long-term stability.
Our Team
Our team is made up of professionals who are dedicated to serving, social workers, Life Coaches, and other mental health professionals who are passionate about supporting mental health and wellness in our community.
